2. Description

The SHC-68L is a steel cylinder designed for use in CO2 fire suppression systems, containing 45kg of CO2 fire extinguishing agent. The cylinder is equipped with a valve at the top, which includes a safety pressure relief valve.

3. Operation

The SHC-68L cylinder is activated for discharge using a gas/manual activation valve located on the top valve, triggered by pressure from the activation panel (Model: STV-P1L).

4. Installation

The cylinder should be installed vertically with the valve facing upwards. It connects to a manifold of other cylinders or a discharge line through a flexible discharge hose equipped with a check valve. The cylinder is secured using two cylinder straps (Model: STV-CC8X), which must be anchored to a wall or structure.
