The TOMOKEN HOSE fire hose is manufactured using Japanese technology and has been certified by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Department of the Vietnam Police.
The TOMOKEN HOSE is the first fire hose successfully produced in Vietnam, offering many advantages over conventional fire hoses.
The outer material contains 40% filament yarn and 60% polyester, while the inner material is PVC-coated, creating a durable structure that is resistant to tearing when in contact with the ground.
1.2. Advantages Over Conventional Hoses
The TOMOKEN HOSE has excellent abrasion resistance due to its outer material, which contains 40% filament yarn and 60% polyester, resulting in a durable structure that is difficult to tear when in contact with the ground. In contrast, conventional hoses made from 100% filament yarn are prone to tearing and bursting upon impact with the ground.
The inner surface of the TOMOKEN HOSE is PVC-coated, allowing it to withstand extreme temperatures from 20°C to 80°C and overcoming the issues of rotting and rubber peeling, while conventional hoses coated with rubber can only withstand temperatures from 10°C to 40°C and become brittle at temperatures above 80°C.
Thanks to the PVC coating, the TOMOKEN HOSE has a lifespan of 5 to 10 years, while conventional hoses with rubber coating have a low lifespan of 6 to 12 months.
The connector material of the TOMOKEN HOSE is made of aluminum alloy, which has high hardness and does not slip under high pressure, ensuring safety during firefighting operations. In contrast, conventional hoses made from regular aluminum are prone to rotting, becoming porous, and breaking easily, leading to slipping during use.
Additionally, the area near the connector is reinforced with an extra layer of hakama to protect the hose from tearing, which conventional hoses lack.
The IWAMACH connector can withstand impact and twisting, preventing hose bursting and water blockage, a feature that conventional hoses do not have.
The TOMOKEN HOSE is manufactured using modern CNC technology, ensuring high precision and preventing water leakage. Conventional hoses, made using manual methods, have lower precision and may leak during use.
Furthermore, the TOMOKEN HOSE comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, while conventional hoses typically do not offer any warranty.
