该蝶阀配备不锈钢阀板，阀体内直接铸有橡胶密封圈。新设计使阀门启闭轻便，防止杂质卡滞，且耐用性强，成本低廉。

阀门采用对称轴设计，扭矩小，操作省力。橡胶密封圈预先铸入阀体内，确保密封性好且耐用。
