2.2. Operating Principle

The Tomoken CO2 3 kg fire extinguisher operates on the principle of smothering and heat absorption: the liquid CO2 under low temperature in the cylinder dilutes the oxygen concentration in the fire area, making it insufficient for combustion. Additionally, the extremely low temperature of the CO2 (-70°C) absorbs heat from the surrounding area, reducing the temperature of the fire zone.

2.3. Usage Instructions

In the event of a fire, carry the Tomoken CO2 3 kg extinguisher close to the fire, aiming the nozzle at the base of the flames from a minimum distance of 0.5 m while opening the valve. When the valve is opened, the pressure difference causes the liquid CO2 to escape through the dip tube and nozzle, transforming into a snow-like gas at -79°C. When sprayed onto the fire, the CO2 dilutes the concentration of the flammable gas mixture and cools the fire zone, effectively extinguishing the flames.
